Ammon participated in his Elementary Schools Fun run. It was a 2 mile run and he did great! He prepared for it by practicing on the treadmill. His first mile was 18 min, then he tried again and got down to 15, 14, 13 and so forth. I started to get a little worried that my 7 1/2 year old was going to do a faster mile than me! But the preparation paid off and he did a great run!

Ammon you are awesome. You really must have practiced to be able to run that well. Keep up the good work and someday you will be running marathons like Pap, Mom & Dad. Gram will be cheering on the sideline.
