We had a great time carving pumpkins. I quickly helped Eli do a T-Rex pumpkin, while Jeff took the time to print a pattern and do intricate flames with Ammon. Austin did two pumpkins that both turned out great! Patrick had fun drawing all over his pumpkin with a pen, and then playing play dough while we finished up. On Halloween Day Elijah thought it was so cool that his Pre-school teacher had PURPLE HAIR! The boys waited very impatiently for Jeff to return home to take them trick-or-treating. Finally our Ninja (Ammon,for the 3rd or 4th year) Optimus Prime (Eli), Spider (Patrick, lasted barely long enough to snap a pic!) and Dead Teenager (Austin) headed out with Jeff for a fun night! I sat on the porch and passed out candy. The highlight of the night according to Eli was the house that was letting everyone make hot chocolate and was playing spooky music! Happy Halloween!!
